KCR 2013 invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for scientific sessions and scientific exhibitions where we can share the most up-to-date research works and review challenging and interesting cases from around the world.

Important Dates

- Abstract submission deadline is June 17 (Mon), 2013.
- Acceptance notification will be provided by July 15 (Mon), 2013.

Forms of Presentation

- Scientific Sessions are for oral presentations.
- Scientific Exhibition is for scientific posters and educational posters, which will be displayed only on computers.

Abstract Submission Guideline

KCR 2013 invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the Scientific Sessions and Scientific Exhibition through which the most updated research works and challenging and interesting cases from around the world can be shared. Accepted abstracts will be presented in oral or poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is June 17 (Mon), 2013 and acceptance notification will be sent by July 15 (Mon), 2013.

1.	All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website ONLY.
2.	When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to the KCR 2013 submission formats. It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for all  typing error on the abstract.
3.	Abstracts for the scientific sessions and scientific exhibition are limited to 2,500 characters including spaces.
4.	Abstracts should be typed in English.
5.	An optional Figure to support abstracts may accompany the submission. Figure must be captured in a single jpg file and limited to an image(s) and/or graph(s).
6.	An acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail upon the on-line submission.
7.	The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author no later than July 15 (Mon), 2013. Also it could be found on ‘My page’ of the congress website.
8.	Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenting authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts at scientific sessions or scientific exhibition. Abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by August 31 (Sat), 2013.
9.	Only up to 6 authors including a presenting author will be listed on the abstract book.
