According to KCR 2025 policy, if you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must notify the KCR Secretariat no later than Monday, August 25 (pre-registration deadline).
For cancellation requests received by this date, 70% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.

Please note:

• No cancellations or refunds will be processed after August 25.

• For credit card payments, the cancellation can be processed immediately after the request is received.

• For bank transfers or other cash payments, refunds will be processed in a single batch after the conclusion of the congress (applies especially to overseas participants).

• Any bank transfer or remittance fees incurred will be the responsibility of the applicant.
