According to KCR 2025 policy, if you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must notify the KCR Secretariat no later than Monday, August 25 (pre-registration deadline).
For cancellation requests received by this date, 70% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. Please note:

No cancellations or refunds will be processed after August 25.

For credit card payments, the cancellation can be processed immediately after the request is received.

For bank transfers or other cash payments, refunds will be processed in a single batch after the conclusion of the congress (applies especially to overseas participants).

Any bank transfer or remittance fees incurred will be the responsibility of the applicant.
