Eligibility

File Format

• Jpg digital file over 7 megapixels, below 3MB in size
• If your photo does not follow the above standard file format, it may not be taken into consideration for evaluation.
• If your photo is selected for an award, you will be asked to supply the original photo in high resolution format. If you do not submit your original file by the deadline, your photo will be considered as withdrawn from the award.

Conditions

• Applicants may choose the theme and submit only one photo per each theme.
• You may modify your submitted photos on “My Page” by the application deadline.
• Selected pictures will be exhibited during the KCR 2024 and 12 seasonal photos will be used for the KCR 2024 Calendar.
• The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the entrant. Any kind of plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will lead to the disqualification of the participant.
• The work must not (in total or in part) infringe on a copyright. If a copyright infringement is discovered in the winning entry, the award may be cancelled at the organizer's discretion.
• Entries must never have been made public previously in any form, nor can they be submitted simultaneously to any other competition.
• Copyright of entries belongs to the Korean Society of Radiology.
• No entries will be returned.

Awards

The number of awardees is subject to change depending on the total number of photos submitted for each theme.
