•The Invitation letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.

1. Printing the Invitation Letter from the KCR Website

Please access 'My Page' with your registered ID and PW and click on ‘Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of the original invitation letter.

2. Notarized Invitation Letter

Requests will be processed as a part of the online registration system. USD 60 will be charged for the notary service and air courier. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.

To issue the notarized invitation letter, we need your copy of passport, address with postal code(zip code) where you can receive the letter. Please send the information to us (register@kcr4u.org)
